AMP Global produces magnetic switch and overrunning clutch.
The starter motor’s pinion engages with the engine’s flywheel ring gear to rotate the engine.
After starting the engine, the pinion returns to its original position. It also increases small torque into stronger power and delivers to the engine.
When the engine rotates, the starter motor rotates in the different direction from engine.
The overrunning clutch is also installed between pinion and amateur, because they may be damaged when amateur is not separated promptly.
